Texpasa internally dyes all the fabric it produces. This requires a knowledge of different dye techniques, chemicals, and an assortment of different dyes. To support this concept, we are in constant contact with suppliers in learning about all new developments in the field.

Reproducing a specific color in a production environment requires the perfect execution of many integral processes. Much of this begins in the color lab where we routinely produce over 500 lab dips trials per week creating new colors and improving existing ones.

Texpasa currently has 36 modern dye machines across its two facilities that consume the least amount of water in the industry.

Our dye machines range from sample sizes of 100 to 300 pounds while our production machines range from 500 to 2,000 pounds.

Depending on the product and color mix the dye capacity is in excess of 100,000 pounds per day.

The dye houses utilize automated chemical dispensing system and a precise semi-automated dye system that ensures accuracy and no waste. This enhances our ability to reproduce colors as efficiently as possible.

We use only dye's and chemicals that comply with the standards set by Bluesign, Chem-IQ, Oeko-Tex, and Higg.
