KNITTING

We run over 100 different yarn types and blends, as coarse as 10 / 2 100% Cotton to as fine as 50 / 1 Supima Cotton. In synthetics, we use yarns as fine as 40 D Polyester to 2 / 150 D / 144 F Polyester. Other blends and fibers include:

MACHINERY

The knitting mill has over 200 knitting machines enclosed in clean rooms that allow us to produce a large variety of fabrics and fibers simultaneously with virtually no risk of contamination.

We carry many extra cylinders in multiple gauges giving us the ability to offer a larger assortment of fabric weights and widths, adding flexibility and versatility to our model.

Our current knitting capacity of over 120,000 pounds per day includes many different fabric platforms, which are provided below.
