Knitting
- 100% inspection of greige goods (look for visual defects that may affect the performance or the visual integrity of a garment)
- Knitting machine audit to check if the stablished process has been followed
Dyeing
- Color is checked after every process using a calibrated spectrophotometer
- pH is checked after every process using a calibrated pHmeter
- Approved color sample is stored under control conditions
- Runcards per color code are stored in QC lab to check color consistency
- Color code has a defined recipe of dyes and chemicals
Finishing
- Defined recipe of chemicals for every finishing process
- QC audit for every finished lot using the 4-point system and AQL (Accepted quality level)

- Certified lab using ISO 17025 guidelines
