WHO WE ARE

Texpasa is a family run business whose roots go back to a previous generation that began in 1978 as cotton farmers. It evolved into yarn spinners as well as circular and flat bed knitters. While we no longer grow cotton or spin yarn, today's Texpasa knits, dyes, and finishes a wide variety of fabrics primarily for the apparel market.

In 2020 Texpasa completed the construction of its second dye facility. Combined both facilities occupy close to 500,000 square feet and have a monthly capacity of over three million pounds and growing.

Building a robust modern supply chain involves constant communication. We take this seriously by listening and learning from customers as well as our suppliers. We then match our suppliers' strengths with the customer's expectations, creating a win-win situation for all.

Continuous training of our personnel as well as constant investments in Knitting, Dyeing, and Finishing allow us to stay current. In doing so we are able to bring new products and ideas to market.
